Guardian Adjusters was founded by two insurance professionals, one with the majority of his experience coming from an independent adjusting company, the other his experience gained from working for a major national insurance carrier. These two professionals recognized a problem that typical independent adjusting companies practice. That problem is deploying adjusters with little experience that need to be trained on-the-job, and yet are held fully responsible to meet the needs of your customers.
Typical independent adjusting companies will send a few experienced adjusters, and several rookie adjusters right out of their training school, to your storm event. The experienced adjusters are expected to help the rookies with on-the-job training. With each adjuster responsible for their own assigned customers, the results of their work product can be quite varied and inconsistent.
Guardian Adjusters takes a different approach.
- WE DO NOT hire rookies after a 2-3 week training
class, pay them lower than industry rates, and then deploy them to
your storm event.
- WE DO NOT ask experienced adjusters to take time
away from your customers to help train rookies.
- WE DO hire only highly experienced, proven adjusters
that have been in the field a minimum of 5 years, licensed, certified
with our clients, and pass a variety of tests, background checks and
re-inspections during a probationary period.
- WE DO attract highly sought after adjusting professionals by paying above industry rates, providing guidance with administrative and field support, and then let them do what they do best-take good care of your customers in a highly efficient and respectful manner.
Guardian’s Certified Adjusters are fully proficient and capable of working all peril types for residential, farm/ranch, and commercial policies, and can provide insurance-to-value and underwriting reports. Guardian’s adjusters are handpicked from the national adjuster pool. Our stringent selection process ensures the highest quality talent will be deployed to adjust your claims and treat your customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
