• Catastrophe Property Adjusting

Guardian’s elite adjusters are stationed throughout the lower 48 states and can be deployed to a catastrophe site usually within 24-48 hours of notice.  Guardian Adjusters will provide on-site management as necessary or if our client requests additional supervision.  Guardian’s management will work directly with your designated representative to ensure your local, regional or national guidelines are followed properly and good-faith claim handling is maintained.  Guardian’s adjusters are experienced working with local agents, preferred and independent contractors, and also with engineers and public adjusters should the need arise.

• Daily Property Adjusting

Guardian’s talented adjusters are experienced in daily claim work and are stationed in most metropolitan cities across the US.  We can bring in adjusters to your local area to supplement your team, backfill for your staff when on vacation, waiting to fill a vacant position, or when they have been deployed to a catastrophe site.

 

• Underwriting Inspections

Guardian Adjusters can assist your staff with underwriting inspections and insurance–to-value reports for new policy issuance or renewals.
